NCIS fans were devastated when leading man Mark Harmon exited the series in 2021. He had played the legendary “Gibbs” since season 1.
Harmon is now in his 70s, but he didn’t officially retire when he left NCIS. Nevertheless, we haven’t seen him act or heard much news since then.
But that just changed. Mark Harmon hasn’t acted since his last NCIS episode in October 2021. But after a lengthy hiatus, it looks like he is now getting back into the entertainment business…
Behind the scenes, Mark Harmon just signed a new deal with Gersh, a famous talent agency. That’s according to The Hollywood Reporter. It’s unclear just what Harmon plans to do as part of his new deal…
But it certainly appears he’s getting involved in TV or film once again. In addition to his well-known acting on NCIS, Harmon also has experience on stage, and was a TV producer in recent years.
If Harmon takes on new acting roles, fans would certainly be thrilled! But having him involved on the production side could generate much interest as well… Mark Harmon is now 71 years old, but he still has a sizeable fanbase today. Stay tuned for details on what’s next for the NCIS legend…
